What you own
You own every account.
Your assistant, ad accounts, Google Business Profile, domain, website, your business number, and a full data export, in your name from day one. In writing.
-
Ad accounts
Opened in your name, with you as the owner. We get access. You keep the keys.
-
Google Business Profile
Your listing, your reviews, your login. You are the owner on the profile.
-
Domain and website
The domain is registered to you, on your card. The site's code and hosting live in accounts you own.
-
Your business number
Your business number stays yours. We never move it into our name.
-
Your data
Every lead, quote, and conversation. If you're on our CRM, it's still your data: export it any time, and if you leave we help you move it within 5 business days.
-
Your assistant
It runs on your own xAI account, and the Claude work on your own Anthropic account. Everything it learns about your shop stays with you.
If you cancel
Cancel and keep all of it.
You keep everything: your assistant, ad accounts, Google Business Profile, domain, website, your business number, and a full export of your leads and conversations. If you're on our CRM, we help you move it to any CRM within 5 business days, and your assistant reconnects to it. We hand over logins, not a bill. The only thing that stops is our work.
What it runs on
We name the tools.
Tools you could buy yourself. The install, the training, and the setup are what you pay for.
There is no secret process. I tell you every tool it runs on, so you can price it yourself.
- Grok BotYour assistant, from xAI, on your own account. $30 a month, paid to xAI. It drafts your quotes and follow ups.
- ClaudeFrom Anthropic, on your own account. Your website, custom tools, and ads.
- Your CRMThe one you already use. No CRM? We set up HighLevel, white labeled as Amplifai, and we tell you it's HighLevel.
- QuickBooksInvoicing, and the numbers behind the booked jobs report.
- Google Business ProfileReviews and your listing, in your name.

The one page agreement is what governs.
This page is the plain words version. The one page ownership agreement is the document that governs what you own, and where the two differ, the agreement wins.
The agreement goes up on this page as soon as it is final. Until then, ask for it on the walkthrough and I will read you the ownership clause, word for word.
See the accounts before you pay for anything.
15 minutes. You leave with a scope sheet.
