How long does setup actually take?+

Foundation runs 14 days. Operations is usually 30 to 45 days. Premium varies by scope but is typically 60 to 90 days from assessment to full deployment.

Do we have to replace our current tools?+

Almost never. We build on top of what you have. If a tool genuinely doesn't fit anymore, we'll tell you, but the default is to make your existing stack work together.

What does the monthly cover?+

Prompt and workflow tuning, AI credit management, new automation builds inside scope, reporting, and the responsiveness of having a partner who picks up the phone. Not a software subscription — a service.

Can we start small and grow into a higher tier?+

Yes. Most clients start with Foundation or Operations and expand scope as results come in. Upgrades credit what you've already paid toward the next tier's setup.

What if we want to cancel?+
